Present Cardholder Agreement
This Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) under which doooeee bandit Services are provided to you and under which the doooeee bandit Card(s) is issued to you by the Issuer.
You should read this Agreement carefully before using the doooeee bandit Services or the doooeee bandit Card.
This Agreement, together with the documents referenced in it, explains:

how we provide the Services
how this Agreement may be changed or ended
what to do if there is a problem

A. Using doooeee bandit Services
1. Definitions
Issuer & Acquirer
The Issuer and Acquirer refer to Stripe Ltd, including:
Stripe Ltd (England and Wales – company number XXXXXXXXXXX)
Stripe Ltd is an electronic money institution authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to issue electronic money and payment cards.
App
The App refers to the mobile software and associated media provided to you.
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your device subject to this Agreement and any applicable app store policies (such as Apple App Store or Google Play).
The App is licensed, not sold, and doooeee bandit retains ownership of the App at all times.
doooeee bandit Account
A doooeee bandit Account is the account you create within the App in order to access and use the Services.
Your doooeee bandit Account does not hold funds.
Funds are held by third-party payment providers.
You must open a doooeee bandit Account before using the Services.
doooeee bandit Card
A doooeee bandit Card is a Visa or Mastercard debit card issued by the Issuer.
Important notes:
The card is not a gift card
The card does not store funds
The card does not earn interest
The doooeee bandit Card is linked to your doooeee bandit Account, and transactions will appear in your transaction history.
When you make a purchase using the doooeee bandit Card, doooeee bandit retrieves the funds from your connected debit card or bank account.

“doooeee bandit Services” include all products, services, features, technologies, and functions offered by doooeee bandit, including:
the Website
the App
APIs
software enabling you to apply for and use the doooeee bandit Card

The Website refers to any webpage operated by doooeee bandit, including:

Service Fee
A Service Fee is a fee charged by doooeee bandit for operating the Services and processing certain transactions.
2. Fees
doooeee bandit Services are not free.
A Service Fee applies to Split Transactions as described below.
Split Transaction Fee
Starting January 1, 2026, doooeee bandit charges:
£XXXXXXXXXXXX per transaction
(or equivalent currency).
How Fees Are Charged
By using doooeee bandit Services, you authorize doooeee bandit and its payment partners to debit your Funding Source for:
the transaction amount
any applicable Service Fees
Fee Visibility
Fees will be shown in the App or in your transaction history where possible.
Fee Changes
doooeee bandit may change Service Fees in accordance with the modification section of this Agreement. Where required, advance notice will be provided.
Refunds of Fees
Service Fees are generally non-refundable, except:
where required by law
where the fee was charged in error
Subscriptions (if applicable)
Some features may require a subscription payment, which will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Currency Conversion
If your Funding Source is in a different currency than your doooeee bandit Account, currency conversion fees may apply.
These fees are usually applied by your Funding Source provider, not by doooeee bandit, except where stated.
3. Requirements to Use doooeee bandit Services
To use doooeee bandit Services and the doooeee bandit Card, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You are a legal resident of the UK or the European Economic Area, and the United States of America.
You have not previously been banned from the Services
Your use of the Services does not violate any laws
You also confirm that:
all information you provide is accurate
your transactions comply with applicable laws
transactions represent legitimate purchases
you will not use the Services for fraudulent or abusive purposes
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use doooeee bandit Services for:
illegal goods or activities
gambling or betting services
unauthorized multi-level marketing
telemarketing schemes
prepaid card resale
money orders or wire transfers
crypto exchanges
automated purchasing systems
subscription billing authorization systems
You may also not:
resell doooeee bandit Services
allow unauthorized access to your doooeee bandit Account
process funds on behalf of third parties
5. Authorized Users
You are responsible for all transactions made using your doooeee bandit Card.
If you allow another person to use your card or card details, their transactions are treated as authorized by you, and you are liable for them.
B. The Process
1. Account Opening
To begin using the Services you must:
create a doooeee bandit Account
provide accurate personal information
keep your information updated
You may only create one doooeee bandit Account.
Duplicate accounts may be closed or merged at our discretion.
2. Identity Checks
doooeee bandit and the Issuer are required by law to verify your identity.
We may:
request documents
check databases
review sanctions lists
verify personal information
Failure to provide information may result in account suspension or closure.
3. Adding a Funding Source
To use the Services you must link a Funding Source.
Currently supported funding sources include:
debit cards
credit cards
You confirm that:
the Funding Source belongs to you
you are authorized to use it
you allow doooeee bandit to debit it for transactions
4. Payment Information
Payment information is securely stored by third-party providers such as the Acquirer.
These providers process payments according to their own privacy policies and terms.
5. Electronic Funds Transfers
When you make a transaction using a doooeee bandit Card, you authorize the Acquirer to debit your Funding Source for:
the purchase amount
applicable Service Fees
You must maintain sufficient funds in your Funding Source.
Investigations, Suspensions and Termination
doooeee bandit may suspend or terminate your account if:
you breach this Agreement
we are required by law
fraudulent activity is suspected
identity cannot be verified
the security of your account is at risk
The doooeee bandit Card remains the property of the Issuer and may be revoked at any time.
Refunds, Errors and Disputes
All transactions appear in your transaction history.
If you notice an error or unauthorized transaction you must notify doooeee bandit within 30 days.
Refunds for purchases are handled directly with the merchant.
Liability for Unauthorized Transactions
If your doooeee bandit Card is lost or stolen:
freeze the card in the App
Failure to report unauthorized transactions within 30 days may result in loss of reimbursement rights.

SMS
phone
written letters
You must keep your contact information updated.
Miscellaneous Terms
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Scotland.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and doooeee bandit regarding the Services.
Copyright
All content on the Website and App is owned by doooeee bandit and protected by EU and UK copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of doooeee bandit, its partners, the Issuer, and the Acquirer is limited to:
the fees earned in the month preceding the claim, or
€50, whichever is greater.
Survival
Certain provisions of this Agreement, including liability limitations and indemnification, continue to apply even after termination.
